Oak Steakhouse has teamed up with Certified Angus Beef and Honig Vineyard and Winery for a multi-course menu from executive chef Stuart Rogers, expertly paired with some of Honig’s finest selections. Menu highlights include Pan Seared Diver Scallops, Foie Gras with melon carpaccio, brown butter pine nuts, blackberry, tarragon and veal jus, Alaskan King Crab Agnolotti, Filet of CAB Beef Tenderloin and Bavarian Cream and White Chocolate Mouse for dessert.
