From the venue:

The Board and staff of the Little 5 Points Community Center invite the public to attend the dedication of the Center’s Blind Willie McTell Mosaic. A ceremony, cookout, and concert will be held beside the Mosaic, which is located on the grounds of the Center. The event will recognize the numerous individuals and organizations who provided financial support for the beautiful Mosaic’s reinstallation. WRFG blues DJ Rich Pettit will examine McTell’s musical legacy, artist Jason Evers Johnson will discuss the creation and restoration of his work, and singer/songwriter/guitarist Bill Sheffield will perform two sets of acoustic blues. Sheffield is a soulful singer who plays guitar in the fingerpicking style of McTell and has entertained audiences worldwide since the early 1970s. The event is free. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. In the event of rain, activities will be moved inside.
