305 Fitness is a 45-minute nonstop cardio party featuring fun, easy-to-follow dance cardio moves and toning for your core and glutes. No dance experience required.

$18 includes your class and first beverage!

This 45 minute all-levels class begins at 11:30am. Doors open at 11am. Please wear comfortable sneakers, and bring a towel and some water!

We will be limiting class to 15 spots in order to maintain social distancing guidelines. Please buy your tickets ahead of time.

Complimentary hand sanitizer will be available and required upon entering the building.
