Join Steve Palmer and Hotel Clermont for an evening of discussion around Steve’s new memoir, “Say Grace: How the Restaurant Business Saved My Life,” alongside guests Kim Severson of the New York Times and Kat Kinsman of Food and Wine. On Tuesday, April 7, at 5:30 p.m., the event will begin on the Hotel Clermont rooftop with heavy passed hors d’oeuvres from Tiny Lou’s and zero-proof beverages, followed by discussion about struggles and addiction within the restaurant industry in the Hotel’s Butterfly Gallery. Tickets are $50 per person and alcohol beverages will be available for purchase.
