The 17th Annual Oyster Crawfish Festival

For the past 17 years, thousands of music and food loving festival goers gather annually at Park Tavern in Piedmont Park to celebrate the Oyster Crawfish Festival. Offering a day of Mardi Gras inspired fun on Saturday, February 29, 2020, Park Tavern will once again serve up approximately ten thousand pounds of fresh Louisiana crawfish that are flown in the night before along with live music from the fiercely soulful band, The Dirty Guv’Nahs, an acclaimed six-piece brotherhood from Knoxville, TN known for their electrifying rock and roll performances.  Athens, GA-based Stop Light Observations and the quirky, indie hip-hop group, Little Stranger, will get the party started and warm up the stage as guests sip on signature cocktails and cold brews from a souvenir cup and dive into platters boasting 1.5 pounds of piping hot and perfectly spiced boiled crawfish!
