lululemon at Westside Provisions District is in partnership with Atlanta Yoga Movement’s Georgia Breathes: Deep Breath Initiative, an organization that makes yoga accessible to ALL classrooms in the state of Georgia. Join them for a day of yoga, meditation and the 4 breaths that classrooms get to practice this school year for 40 days, empowering them to break through negative blocks and create new habits. Each breath in this powerful sequence is accessible, easy-to-learn, and a non-confrontational tool for creating the mind-body connection.
