Atlanta chef, restaurateur, speaker and cookbook author Kevin Gillespie is teaming up with BBQ Addicts’ Jason Day to pay respect to the pig with a Bacon Explosion event at Gillespie’s newest restaurant, Revival. Guests can savor the bacon-wrapped, bacon-stuffed barbecue sausage dish that puts all others to shame. The porcine party will take place on Revival’s front porch and in the Decatur restaurant’s front yard, where Day will be cooking the original version of his infamous Bacon Explosion.
