The handmade BBQ baos have sold out each time, and they’re crafted by Betty Hsu: mother of Sweet Auburn BBQ’s owners, brother and sister team Howard and Anita Hsu. As an extra special recipe for the final night, Betty will prepare her generations-old Chinese bun recipe using pork, Chinese noodles,white onion, veggies, and egg.
