Start the weekend a few hours early with a $6 cocktail menu at Sweet Auburn. Beverage director Blake Carter has crafted a bourbon-focused menu of specialty cocktails, sponsored by Four Roses Bourbon, offered only during Bourbon Thursday. All crafted with Four Roses Bourbon, highlighted cocktails include the “de leon,” a blend of Dolin Rouge, Dolin Blanc, Angostura bitters and cherry bark bitters, “the exposition,” a blend of Dolin Rouge, Luxardo and lemon and Sweet Auburn’s signature “don’t burn the house down,” maple syrup, creole bitters, black walnut bitters and smoke.
