Christmas Eve Dinner with 101 Steak

101 Steak wants to celebrate their first Christmas in style! While keeping with the regular menu for Christmas Eve, they will include two special holiday entrees. The first is 101 Steak’s take on the classic Surf & Turf. The restaurant will serve a half lobster stuffed with crab, brandied mushrooms, cream, and a Parmesan crust paired with sliced Chateaubriand steak with a red wine demi glace. The second entree is a Sea Bass Bouillabaisse and includes scallops, shrimp, calamari, mussels, crab, and clams with a rouille crouton. The restaurant will open early at 4 p.m. with complimentary bar snacks that include potato latkas with sour cream and apple sauce, pimento cheese and savory gougeres. Dinner service will run until 10 p.m., just in time for a night cap at the bar before Santa comes to visit.
