It’s a rematch of arguably the greatest college football game ever played and it’s been 11 years in the making. Come out to Gate City Brewing Company in Roswell to watch. Carne 250 will be cooking the Texas barbecue to enjoy with it. We will be cooking up the Texas Trinity: brisket, spare ribs and cheddar-jalapeno sausage. One ticket for: 1/2 pound of brisket, 1/4 rack of ribs and a 1/4 pound of sausage with ancho slaw, borracho beans, bread, pickles, onions and sauce!
