Head to Floataway Cafe for a family-style dinner prepared by chefs Steven Satterfield and Ryan Smith and guest chef Ashley Christensen. The dinner will feature recipes from Christensen’s new cookbook, Poole’s: Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner. Tickets include a signed copy of the cookbook. Proceeds will go toward the Southern Foodways Alliance. Call for reservations.
