Sous chef Alex Dill will whip up a four-course communal meal celebrating the flavors of northern Spain. Menu items will include almond gazpacho with coconut milk and paprika, albondigas made with lamb and pork, paella, and flan. Spanish wines and ciders will complement each dish.
