2023 Pride is huge in Atlanta!

Each year, the Atlanta Pride Committee strives to include talent and events that provide a wide range of entertainment for Festival goers and 2023’s lineup will not disappoint! This year’s Festival and Parade are still free of charge thanks to the support of our sponsors and partners.

Parades

The Annual Trans March (Oct. 14)

Meet Time - 1:15 pm, Step-off Time 1:45 pm

This march celebrates and promotes visibility of the Trans community. The march takes place on the Festival grounds at Piedmont Park. All Trans people and Trans allies are welcome. We encourage individuals to make and/or bring signs in support of Trans issues. The march begins at the Charles Allen Gate and continues down 10th St towards Peachtree Street where it turns right, then right again on 14th St, ending at the the 14th St Gate.

The Annual Bi & Pan March (Oct. 14)

Meet Time - 3:00 pm, Step-Off Time - 3:30 pm

The Bi + Pan March celebrates the Bisexual and Pansexual communities! Bi, pan folks of all gender identities, expressions, and their allies are welcome to participate! We encourage individuals to make and/or bring signs in support of Bisexual and Pansexual issues. The march begins at the Charles Allen Gate and continues down 10th St towards Peachtree Street where it turns right, then right again on 14th St, ending at the the 14th St Gate.

Meet Time - 4:30 pm, Step-off Time - 5:00 pm

This march is dedicated to the empowerment of the women of Atlanta and beyond. The Dyke March unites women and femmes and their allies to create an atmosphere of inclusion and community. The march is open to all women loving women (trans-inclusive) of any race, culture, orientation, ability, health, socioeconomic level, family structure, faith or age! This march is a time to demonstrate our commitment to nurture and build a new tomorrow, united for equality and justice. We encourage individuals to make and/or bring signs in support of Women and femme issues. The march begins at the Charles Allen Gate and continues down 10th St towards Peachtree Street where it turns right, then right again on 14th St, ending at the the 14th St Gate.

The Atlanta Pride Parade (Oct. 15)

Step Off - 12:00 Noon

The Atlanta Pride Parade is the biggest event of the Festival. Drawing over 100,000 people along the streets of Midtown Atlanta! Traditionally stepping off from the Atlanta Civic Center MARTA Station at noon on Sunday and continuing down Peachtree Street, the parade will turn right onto 10th Street and end a block from the Charles Allen Gates to Piedmont Park. Atlanta Pride Official Kickoff (Oct 13.)

7:00 p.m. at Georgia Aquarium | $50-$120

Meet old friends and new while exploring the largest aquarium in the Western Hemisphere. The music and jaw dropping décor are sure to dazzle! Experience a variety of music from three different DJs scattered throughout different areas of the Aquarium. For 2023, Hollywood superstar DJ Dawna Montell (Los Angeles) will headline the event with support from circuit icon DJ David Knapp (Atlanta) and the return of our Deep South secret spot featuring DJ Brian Rojas (Atlanta).

Attendees have the option to select General Admission tickets which includes 2 drink tickets valid for a mixed drink, beer, wine or soft drink. For guests wanting to take their experience to the next level, consider the upgraded Lounge Admission, which is a private, upscale lounge with scenic views looking over the event and includes a premium 3-hour open bar and light bites.

VIP Festival Passes

The Atlanta Pride VIP Area, presented by ViiV Healthcare, is convenient to the Coca-Cola Main Stage. It includes a lounge area with covered seating, premium bathroom trailers, private bars, and snacks. VIP pass holders also receive priority access to meet and greets with our entertainers and VIP lines at select beverage booths throughout the Festival.

PLEASE NOTE: VIP Passes do NOT include tickets to the Atlanta Pride Kickoff Party at the Georgia Aquarium. You must be 21 years or older to enjoy the VIP Area.

Grand Marshals 

The Atlanta Pride Committee (APC) announces its exciting slate of Grand Marshals for this year’s Atlanta Pride Festival and Parade on October 14 -15, 2023, in Piedmont Park. A beloved part of every Atlanta Pride, the Grand Marshals were selected from more than 50 nominations submitted by the community. With the theme of this year’s Atlanta Pride Festival, Show Up & Show Out, APC invites the entire community to show up for each other and to show out with acts of joy and justice for LGBTQ+ people in Atlanta and across the South.
